How We Ship
Our UK warehouse dispatches packages via Royal Mail, UPS, or Parcelforce Worldwide. From our China warehouse, we use ePacket or EMS, depending on product size and weight. Rest assured, our expert packing methods ensure the safe delivery of products to any destination. International customers bear responsibility for any customs issues or delivery delays.
We do not handle customs fees for shipped items. By purchasing, you agree that you may incur customs fees upon their arrival in your country.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary, typically between 5 to 20 working days, depending on your location.
Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received this within 5 days, please contact us. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear online. Contact us if there’s no update after 5 business days.
Delivery of Your Items
For logistical reasons, items from the same order might be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping is requested.
Please note that live fish, frozen foods, live foods, and plants are exclusively shipped within the UK. We are not liable for issues like weather conditions, improper handling, delays, or lost parcels. No returns or refunds are available for these items. Killifish Eggs Shipping Policy
Killifish eggs are shipped worldwide. However, we cannot be responsible for any issues during shipment, including customs, the condition of the eggs upon arrival, or hatching challenges. No refunds will be issued for these issues. By ordering, you accept these terms.
