If you are not completely satisfied with your non-live product purchase, you may return it to us under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

2. Exclusions

Please be aware that live stock and plants are not eligible for return due to the delicate and perishable nature of these products. We take great care in ensuring that all live products are healthy and packaged securely before shipping.

3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange. In such cases, Aquarium.Directory will cover any return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
